How to obtain the correct posture and balance in the Golf Swing wih Scott Cranfield for a golf lesson visit www.cga-golf.com

shut up steve cranfield rocks, listen to this man !!!
There is no mention of keeping the head up or the spine straight like a rod! this advice is medically sound and has been tested with litreally thousands of golfers ALL of whom find it beneficial! Jack Nicklaus had to lift his left heel in the backswing to create a full trun, partly due to his cervical spine being restricted, therefore i would not advise the average golfer to copy, instead i prefer to present facts that help their golf and longevity!
This is bad advice. Have a look at Jack Nicklaus at address and you will see he looks at the ball at address. Look at Adam Scott’s head at impact , he is looking at the ball. He sets up with your type of address and his heads moves to look at the ball at impact. Your idea of head up is very bad advice . The spine is not straight like a rod and trying to make it so is ridiculous.
